Meet Tom Howell – CEO & Co-Founder

Tom Howell began his career in property at just 17 years old, entering the industry with drive and determination well beyond his years. By the age of 21, he was already running highly successful estate agency branches, setting the tone for a career defined by fast growth and consistent results.

Over the next decade, Tom rose through the ranks to hold senior positions including Sales Director, Area Manager, and Senior Head of Sales at leading national agencies. During this time, he built and led high-performing teams, oversaw the sale of circa £1 billion worth of property, and established himself as a trusted figure in the UK housing market.

As CTO & Co-Founder of BuildaNova, Ranj is responsible for shaping the technology that powers the platform. His focus is on creating tools that are intuitive, reliable, and designed around the real needs of housebuilders and buyers.
